MJog History
MJog is the latest software release professionally delivered in a cost effective package to meet the needs of our diverse user base. Developed over the past 7 years, MJog was designed to give existing appointment booking systems the power to utilise the latest electronic communications methods such as email, text messaging and voice synthesis.
Extensive trials were undertaken in the leisure industry by hair and beauty salons, spas and leisure centres and the benefits of an automated appointment reminder service to reduce appointment no shows was realised.
Soon after the natural transition into the health industry took place. Clinics such as osteopaths, physiotherapists, chiropractors then later GP surgeries and NHS Trusts began to benefit from reduced ‘Did Not Attend’ (DNA) rates.
MJog has evolved from a simple text messaging service to an extremely comprehensive electronic message system that allows fully automated two way communication, multiple message templates (including different language settings), password protection and the ability to send messages at times suitable to our customers.
As part of our commitment to developing ongoing long-term relationships with our customers and industry partners we are looking towards the future by developing services that will enhance the long term care of patients.
