Patient Registrations
To help raise awareness and increase the number of patients registering to receive reminders, we have produced a range of materials to help you inform your patients of their new reminder service.
The packs aim to inform your patients of how the MJog Service is going to be used in the practice and how it will help to improve the services you provide them. Whether you’re using the service solely to remind patients of upcoming appointments, health campaigns or are using the service to send result notifications we can produce a poster for your reception area that encourages patients to register their details.
The “Shouldn’t You Be Somewhere?” range includes posters, registration and patient information cards which can be displayed in and around your GP Practice.
