A busy practice in London has successfully updated the smoking status of 65% of patients using free text messages from MJog. MJog Helps Trafford Go Paperless

Trafford Healthcare NHS Trust is fast on its way to becoming paperless with the introduction of ‘best of breed’ electronic systems such as MJog.
Stephen Parsons, IM&T Project Manager at Trafford Healthcare NHS Trust comments; “MJog automatically links via web services to the scheduling system to text and call around 1,000 people per evening to remind them of their appointment and to prompt patients to confirm attendance. The method helps run clinics to capacity and removes the need for paper reminders and follow-ups.”
