As part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining MJog as the leading supplier of digital patient communications to the healthcare market, we have recently made several additions to our services which deliver further efficiencies for practices, through quicker and simpler use of the MJog system.
We’ve updated MJog to include the following new features:
Now takes just a few clicks to send text messages to patients that request either a Yes or No response from patients, which are then automatically read coded back to your clinical system.
If email is your patients preferred method of communication, then it’s just got a whole lot easier for you and your patients to use. From the Home Page, simply click on “Quick Email” to send an email to a patient in a matter of moments.
Message activity reporting
After choosing the time frame you want to look at, you will quickly be able to see whether you messages have been sent, delivered, or failed. The default shows Sent messages, but you can select according to your requirements. You can also quickly export that list via a CSV file, and use the list to contact patients where you need to follow up, maybe to reallocate or change unwanted appointments.
You can also see your messages broken down by channel (SMS, voice, or email) and by department. This allows you to keep track of what department or session is gaining the most from MJog and how effectively your messaging service is being used.
Once you click on the star beside the message template you want to favourite that template will be highlighted. For the moment, it applies to Now/Reply message templates and makes sending your patients their results much faster in a matter of seconds.
