MJog Clients can now connect and synchronise.

MJog Clients Cannot Connect or Synchronise to MJog Servers – We are aware that there is an issue with our Dispatcher Servers at present which is disrupting the sending of all messages. Currently no SMS or SMART messages can be sent. We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

  • ‘Now’ messages via Desktop GP and via the MJog client are now behaving as normal.
  • Appointment Reminders are now working as normal.

Due to a dramatic increase in SMS traffic generated by COVID-19 messaging campaigns, we are experiencing significant delays in the delivery of campaign messages. We are working hard to reduce the backlog of SMS messages.

Last week there was a bottleneck limiting SMS flow to the network which made the backlog larger, this is now resolved and we’re working to clear these messages. Our support team are working towards allocating more hardware resources to allow us to increase message processing capabilities which help with the additional traffic we’re experiencing at this time.

If you need to send an urgent message to a patient, we recommend using Smart (MJog Messenger), sending a message through MJog Desktop GP, or sending a ‘Now’ message within MJog.

Message priority is as follows:

  • Individual messages via Desktop GP or ‘Now’ Messages
  • Appointment Reminders
  • Campaign Messages
