Will there be any changes to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets under the new contract?

The SLA targets are generally the same for the new GPSoC framework. Our processes have been made more agile as we work towards a triage of Support for practices and self- support through a dedicated Support Centre. We have revised Support guidelines so we can provide an assessment of impact and urgency of practice issues, assigning severity to those issues.
