Over two million people in the UK have voted in the most recent GP Patient Survey and given feedback on their local practice. Patients were asked how satisfied they were with appointment booking, cancelling, and being able to speak with their GP over the phone.
Of the 20 practices named by The News, Portsmouth, 75% of the practices are using MJog as their messaging service. Our service ensures these practices deliver excellent healthcare standards and clear communication to thousands of patients.
All practices gained an 80% or higher rating by their patients, with the top performing MJog site achieving 100% patient satisfaction.
