About us
We are a company that provide a means for healthcare providers to communicate with their patients, either by SMS, phone or via the Internet using this App. Only your healthcare provider will contact you. No other company will contact you other than where you are registered at with your GP Practice.

Information We Collect
While using our App, contacting us via email, or browsing on the website we will collect the following data about you:

Via the App it will be your Mobile Number only, we will not ask for you name, or any other information that can identify you.
Information that you provide when communicating with us for any reason via email or the website.
Details of your visit to our website, and resources that you access, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, web logs.
From the App stores if you provide feedback.

How do we use your information?

We will store your mobile number - we do not store any data that could recognise you, and all the message that we send are encrypted.
If you write or email us we will use this information to enhance and improve our products.

How do I get messages?
When your GP Practice sends a message to your mobile we will intercept it, with your practice's permission, and send it to your registered device for the App.

How do I stop using the Service?
Un-installing the App from your mobile device will remove you from this messaging service via this medium, and any record of you mobile number will be removed from our systems. However, if you have signed up for SMS this will continue so you don't miss your appointments and healthcare information. If you want to stop receiving these then you will need to speak to your practice directly about this.

Can I have details about the information that you hold about me?
Please email dpo@mjog.com however remember if you no longer have a service with us that information will no longer be available. We will respond to your request within 30 days upon receipt of this request. If any information that we do have about you is incorrect please let us know so we can correct this.

Will you keep my information?
We will keep your details if you write to us for a query or concern regarding the App, this will be for the sole use of improving our products and services.
Right to stop or limit our processing of your data?

You have the right to object to us processing your personal data if we are not entitled to use it any more, to have your information deleted, or if you think we're keeping it to long email at dpo@mjog.com

Sharing with Others
We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analysing how our Service is used. These third parties have no access to any personal data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated to do.
